NodeJs - collection of built-in events?

During the NodeJs tutorial we see various built in events. Like "data", "end" or "error".

Is there a section in the NodeJs documentation where you can go through all of these and in which cases they are emitted?

Erm..I know about the API documentation, just like I said in the question. That's not what I was asking...
