Non centering text?

After styling the 'nav' element with the text-align: center; (as Nick does in video), this change is not reflected in my webpage- I have refreshed, cleared the cache and re-tried preview but the 'nav' text still does not center, I am using Firefox, does this have something to do with it? (there is no other conflicting style on the 'nav' element, it is identical to Nicks CSS in the video?

Hi Carl,

Can you post your code to see if we can spot anything?

To rule out Firefox, fire it up in Chrome (or another browser of your choice).

Regards

Paul

okay, thanks...I have just been right through and found the problem, I had missed a closing '}' on a previous selector, which of course disabled all CSS below, I will take that as a lesson to thoroughly check my code, I feel very silly, please accept my apologies! many thanks.

No problem at all, think we've all been there! :)

Glad you got it sorted!
