Normalize css won't download

I go to the link in the video on Creating a Website Structure>css reset and try to download the normalize css. All it shows me is all of the coding... am I suppose to copy and paste this code... How do I get normalize css to show up in my Sublime Text as it shows in the video?

I'm really really new to this... HELP

Brenda, if you go to http://necolas.github.io/normalize.css/ and right click the download button and click 'save link as' and it will save as a file to the folder of your choice, then it should be fine to open with sublime.
