Normalize or Reset

What does people prefer to use, normalize.css or reset.css?

Normalize tries to make every element look the same in every browser and Reset gets rid of all the default browser styles. There are different situations for you to use each one. To, kind of, answer your question, its more likely for someone to find themselves in a situation where using Normalize makes more sense. At least from what I've seen.
