i cannot put normalise.css into my sublime text 2 like Nick has, mine is as a tab not in the side bar. I am not sure if this matters and copied out the <link...... but webpage doesn't change.... and help

3,861 PointsIf you want it in your sidebar like nick, you need to go into sublime, then in the menu click Project>Add Folder To Project...
Choose the folder that contains all of your html files including Normalize.css and then it should come up in your side bar.
Also make sure you have made a folder which contains all of your files, just helps to keep everything organised.
