Normalize.css showing up as just a few lines of code

Im having an issue where the first normalize.css file i uploaded into workspaces. When i click on file to view it it comes up as a few words and symbols and several red and yellow dots.

Hi Holly,

The easiest thing to do is go to the Normalize website copy all the text. Then in workspaces create a new css file and paste the text and save as normalize.css
