Not able to change the card details

I am trying to change the card details but a message is popped up cannot process your details I have tried 10 times and filled every information correctly but it is showing error. Also... How to know postal/zip code.

Hi Pranjal,

Sorry to hear about any troubles. A couple of thoughts for you-

  1. All cards must be enabled for purchases inside the United States. If they aren't, we won't be able to authorize or charge that card. PayPal may be an alternative route around this. You may also be able to inquire with your card issuer about this.

  2. The Postal/Zip Code is often used as a security measure- it refers to the geographic location of where you live or your estabilished billing address. For example, Treehouse's zip is 97227. Some international students have had success entering a five digit repeating number such as "00000."
