Not able to download videos via Pro version

Hello Guys,

Just an hour ago, on free trial for 1 week, I have joined the teamtreehouse with the Pro version. But, I am not able to download the videos on my windows OS for my offline studies.

Is it only for students with iOS via iTune?

Can someone help?

Kindly, revert back at the earliest and help me out.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Treehouse Support via the "support" question mark on the bottom left of your page or emailing help@teamtreehouse.com

Probably just a user permissions glitch which may well sort itself out over time but the technical team can help you out I'm sure. :)

This question was four months ago, and they still haven't answered it? Wow!!
