Not able to launch workspaces

I click on launch workspaces and get a new browser window. I wait and eventually that browser window times out.

100% repeatable for me. I would love to use your iDE. Can you help me get this going, please?

I am using a MacBook Pro 2010 era running current build MacOS X. I am running Google Chrome current build as well.

I have the same issue. Sometimes clicking the blue "Refresh Workspace" button works, sometimes you have to X-out the workspace and reclick launch workspaces.

Using Chrome, Windows 8.1.
