not able to run program

Getting symbol not identified and not the way to start while loop

Hello

Check if you have a type. Look at this:

while(isFullyCharged()){ boolean mBarsCharged = false; if(!isFullyCharged()){ mBarsCount++; mBarsCharged = true; } }

Which function this code belongs to? Looks like the { and } may be misplaced.
