Not authorized dialog in Treehouse Workspaces

When launching Treehouse Workspaces during my course, it sometimes works, other times does not. Even restarting the browser won't seem to help, at times. I will get an alert dialog: Not authorized.

Hey--sorry for the delay in relies, Jake. I believe it's in the URL for your given workspace (e.g. https://teamtreehouse.com/workspaces/[number here]). In any case, I did get a response back from support, and was told they're working on it. I also found that switching from Safari to Firefox (on Mac) fixed most of the issues.

Hey Karl,

We've noticed this has been happening here and there recently. If you ever run into this issue, shoot us an email at help@teamtreehouse.com along with your Workspace ID# and we'll get you squared away.

I am experiencing the same issue, and have send a help message through the website. But how do you find your Workspace ID#?
