I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

breaks.py 
def loopy(items):
    for item in items:
      print(item)
      break = "stop"# Code goes here

Use an if-else statement to see if the current item is "STOP". If it is break, otherwise print the item. Also, to check for equality you need to use == instead of =.
