Not understanding what the task wants

The task says: "Write a function named printer. The function should take a single argument, count, and should print "Hi " as many times as the count argument. Remember, you can multiply a string by an integer. " .

I understand writing the function and putting in the argument, but the "print "Hi" as many times as the count argument" part i don't seem to understand

it just means the function is taking one argument, count, and printing Hi count times, so that if count were 5, it should print HiHiHiHiHi. when it says you can multiply a string by an integer, it means just that: 3 times 'in' = 'ininin'.
