how is this code not working, i tested it on my terminal and it seems to work
float real_numbers[5]; printf("%ld",sizeof(real_numbers)/sizeof(float));

the challenge asks for a specific string to be output. it asks for the output string to look like Array real_numbers is x bytes.

while your code is correct in that it works and is free of errors, its not providing what the challenge is asking for. here is a hint: put your format specifier where the x is in the string above.

remember that you can put format specifiers anywhere in a string like this:

printf("Here is a variable: %f being printed", someVariable);
