Obtain running program (Application) on Macbook (IOS) from intelliJ

Hello, I wonder how I obtain final version of pomodoro as running app on iOS ? I don't wanna open intelliJ IDE to run pomodoro.java every time I use it while I am studying. I wanna open it from under Applications with just double click on it.
