It looks like you don't have any system images installed for your target Android Version (Android 4.4W). To install a system image, go to the Android SDK Manager, navigate to Android 4.4W (API 20) and select one of the system images to install, and then click "Install 1 package...". After it installs, restart Eclipse, and try to create your AVD again.

Make sure you fill out all the required fields. There should be a prompt at the bottom like this if you are missing something. Once you fill out the required fields, you should be able to click the OK button.

Can you post a screenshot or something? If you fill out all the fields it should work.
