Okay it said it was correct the last question it gave me now its saying I'm wrong

Am I using the wrong command or what? On question 2 it said to put both of the he tags in an element that contains self contained pieces of content I that and it said it was correct now it says it wrong? Then what is it? I don't get it

main should go around both articles
