On the Video on adding an image I was unable to find the image that is given. I downloaded the file and I extracted it

I had this same problem. Dragging and dropping into the Workspace 'File' (the dark grey, vertical task space adjacent to your Treehouse Workspace) can be glitchy. Try dragging and dropping at a slower pace, near the bottom of the screen.
