I'm web designer and still learning wed design, I'm looking forward for online job's where i can work from home. What will the minimum salary i can earn from online jobs.

The minimum salary is whatever you think you're worth! There are some jobs that are going to pay in the $30-40k range for entry level positions, all the way up to six figures. It's really not much different than applying for jobs in a typical office setting, although some companies seem to think working remotely is a benefit and may try and pay less.
