Hi everyone! A lot of people are talking about building a portfolio site if they are interested in becoming a web designer. I do not know what that is. Is it just a collection of links to all of the websites you create? What is a portfolio site supposed to be? Thanks!

2,994 PointsA portfolio site's main purpose is to showcase your work. Therefore you'll want to include your best designs or code so others can see what you are capable of doing.
As for the way you present your work that is up to you. Can be links to the actual websites or apps you've made or something a bit more visual like a gallery of your designs.
