Online Quiz Structure

I have been on treehouse for about a month now and am really enjoying the content. I am interested in adding a quiz structure to my website. I would like for my online quizzes to be set up much like the one's on this site. What learning adventures, projects, deep dives, etc would help for me to learn these skills?

Probably HTML, CSS ,javascript ,MySQL and PHP. HTML and CSS for the basic website and javascript to add a bit of extra functionality. Then you would need PHP and MySQL to setup users logging in and out and track which quizzes they have already done and how many points they have accumulated.
