What are people registering for and what's to be done with the data? Yes you can build it with WordPress, you can build anything with WordPress, it's just a CMS that has a lot of built in extra functionality. Depending on what you want to do with the data, what people are registering, it may be worth looking at building bespoke due to its simplicity, WP may be a bit heavyweight. With such little detail, it's hard to advise.

From this account they could add their personal information, etc. I actually want to make this for course online registration. Should get you on your way but you'll need to be very experienced to make the site professional, secure and reliable.

Hi Matthew and Zac, thank you for suggestion. I just want to have registration form where student have to fill it then create them an account on the web. Then I could export all the information filled by the students to csv or excel. Thank you
