General Discussion

Only the greatest idea ever - retro gaming meet up.

The title says it all. Although may be age restrictive. If your first experience of gaming is a PS 1, 2 or 3 you are seriously too young. But whip out those Commador 64's and Spectrums and get Chuckie Egg rocking.

I'd love to do this but I'm probably too far away. What I want is a great Atari 2600 and Nintendo emulator for Mac. Anyone know where I can get that?

Depends on your level of old school Ryan but how about http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/15241/nestopia

Not even sure if Spectrums made it across the pond come to think of it.

Nestopia is perfect! Thanks :) Playing Contra as we speak :) http://www.freeroms.com/roms/nes/contra.htm

Cool I am currently playing "If the boss sees me look at any more nostalgia gaming stuff he might kill me". Made it to Level 5. Enjoy

I use to love sensible soccer for the mega drive, I would buy trophies from car boot sales, and me and my friends would compete for them got some large trophies for good price ha ha.

I did get a emulator couple of years ago and revisited my teenage years and managed to run them on my psp aswell was great on a plane flight.
