OO JavaScript vs. JavaScript Design patterns

Is Object-Oriented JavaScript the same as JavaScript Design patterns? If not, then what's the differences between them? What should I learn first?

object oriented program and design pattern are related but have the different meaning. If you google it you can find the difference between them.

In order to learn design pattern like MVC, you need to understand how object oriented program works.
