Python Object-Oriented Python Instant Objects __init__

Oops! It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing.

When I go back and change the steps, I'm able to pass Task 1. But when update Task 1 to complete Task 2. it shows the below message "Oops! It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing."

Can someone help me to fix this code

class Student:

    def praise(self):
        return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)

    def reassurance(self):
        return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)

    def feedback(self, grade):
        if grade > 50:
            return self.praise()
        return self.reassurance()

    def __init__(self, **kwargs):
         for key,value in kwargs.items():
                setattr(self,key,value)

It looks like you're no longer setting the name attribute in your code. Add that back in and it should work fine. Here's my passing __init__ method based on your code:

    def __init__(self, name, **kwargs):
        self.name = name

        for key,value in kwargs.items():
            setattr(self,key,value)

The reason **kwargs doesn't work for the name attribute is that name is a positional argument and the first parameter is assigned to self.name while all other attributes require a keyword pair to add an attribute.

# New student with a name
new_student = Student("Mohammed")

# New student with a name and a grade
new_student = Student("Mohammed", grade="A")
