Open source Flowchart app/software?

Hey there guys and girls! I would like some advice on what the best open source flowchart app or software available for web designers. Please list some of them in your answers.

lucidcharts has some free accounts available. You have some functionality and can share with others. More detailed charts stencils cost, but you can do what you need with lucidcharts. Another is cacoo, but i feel its more limited than lucid.
