opening new workspace

why when I open a new workspace it opens in a separate browser?

Could be your browser settings. Maybe you have it set so all new windows that open, open to this exact browser.

If you mean that they open in a new window, but in the same browser you are watching your TreeHouse videos on, it's just the website's setting. If you right-click on the work space you should get the option yo "open in another tab".
