Opinions on learning two tracks at the same time (IOS/WEB DEV)

I joined Treehouse so I could make IOS apps and maybe even release one, but since being here Ive had a burning desire to make a responsive website (no clue why...). Would you recommend me finishing the IOS course (half way there) first, then starting the web developer course, or start the Web Dev course now and do the IOS course too at the same time? Would I get muddled with JS and Obj-C?

I would do one at a time. Doing two tracks at the same time would take a while, and you might not learn concepts as well constantly switching back and forth between the two. Since you are halfway there, I would power through iOS then start the web development. Just my opinion of course.

To be honest, I find it pretty difficult to 'power through' :P I have to take notes on everything and do it all in XCode myself, which usually means getting through a video every 15-30 minutes rather then the video time of 8 mins (for example).

Would you recommend that I start Web Dev after completing the Ribbit app, and leave out the other two sections in the track? I would then probably wait until the SpriteKit project comes out and start up again with that, as I want to end up in game development.

yeah if you dont want to finish the track at least finish the project you are working on

When you did the IOS track, did you take written notes, or just listen to the videos?
