Optimizing vector images for Facebook

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with vector images on facebook. It seems that Facebook uses compression that makes images look very ugly. I've tried lots of different tricks for example saving for web as png and jpg. I've tried to import my vectors to photoshop and rasterize the artwork but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you.
