order doesn't seem to matter

in the video, the Pasan says that the order of the fizz buzz logic matters, so he puts (i % 3 == 0) && (i % 5 == = ) at the head of the code. in the xcode playground, the order of logic doesn't seem to matter at all. i put that statement at the end and am seeing the correct results. maybe this was a mistake in the video?
