Other cms like wordpress

I want to be freelance frontend developer so I almost finishing my frontend track but i found the common way in freelancing jobs is using wordpress which need to be familiar with php. I love javascript so my question is there is other cms like wordpress associated with javascript that can help me building websites faster not from scratch or i must learn php so i can use wordpress

You will be using PHP to build WordPress sites primarily but development as come a long way since the original Treehouse videos. There is a codebase for JavaScript use with WordPress since Gutenburg plugins have come to the fore. You now create content via Gutenburg blocks rather than the classic editor.

Research Gutenburg to learn more about that. Try also searching things like Joomlas and Blogspot for alternatives to Wordpress :-)
