Does anybody else get overcharged from this company? Last month they charged me the monthly fee 3 separate times. I had to dispute it with my credit card company every time. Keep an eye out for fraudulent charges!

If you're experiencing issues, that is something you need to direct to the Treehouse Support Team, not in the community.

Cases related with Credit Cards / Payments /Accounts should go directly to the Treehouse Support Team.
Seriously now, have you ever seen these kind of issues resolved by community? I'm pretty sure this is also some kind of an error that can be resolved within 24 hours if you just contact the website's support, and not post it as a question in the community forums.
There's no need to scare other users for something random as this.

12,963 PointsI have to agree with Courtney that it's worth posting here. I have an annual subscription and have just been charged a monthly fee without any request to do so by myself. When I initially joined I was charged the annual subscription fee twice.
I'll be going through support to get it resolved but if this is happening to multiple customers then perhaps there is a problem that needs to be resolved. Open discussion can only help that by making you aware of a potentially larger problem.

12,963 PointsAs an update, although there was no apparent reason for the extra charge to my account support staff were quick to resolve the issue and refund the incorrect deduction. Reaffirms my positive experiences with the treehouse team.

31 PointsI have. I am just putting it out there for other customers. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this. I would want the heads up from another customer if this were happening to me. It's extremely sneaky and fraudulent. Maybe this exposure will make Tree house STOP triple charging ME.
