overflow: scroll is not working here and I can't proceed the quiz.

please help

It works, but it isn't the best approach in the case of the project you were doing. Setting it to scroll, will always show a scrollbar and with auto, it will only show it when necessary.

You need to set it to:

#myelement{overflow:auto;}
