117 PointsOverflow-y:scroll not working in IE9
BACKSTORY I'm working on a page that has a cover image as a background. The page has two buttons, and when you select a button, a form rolls down. Whenever a user selected an input on tablet or mobile, the background image flew to the top, and left the input fields on a white background. To fix this, I wrapped the form inside of two divs - one fixed, with an overflow:hidden, and the second one with an overflow-y: scroll.
THE QUESTION This works fine everywhere EXCEPT IE9. There is no scrollbar on that second div, and it does not allow for scrolling, cutting off the form. I've tried all sorts of hacky things (\9 , .lt-ie9...) and nicer looking things (-ms-overflow-y) and nothing is working. Does anyone have a fix for this?

117 PointsThanks for responding, I fixed it. I'm not entirely sure how I did it, i was just playing around and it worked. Sorry I can't be more specific as to how I got it running...
