CSS How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Center the Wrapper

p tags

an opening p tag at the beginning of a line seems to do the same thing as an opening and closing p tag with text in between. Will I run into problems at some point using this?

1 Answer

Some Tags do close themselfes for example the:

<img/>

others such as the:

 <p></p>

do not. Even if it will work in smaller projects, afterwards with more complex html and css, not closing the tags as intended will lead to problems, so i would stick to the rules here :) Especially due to the fact that the code won’t validate (regarding the WC3-Standards). This also might lead to errors regarding proper search engine indexiation.
