Panel "You may also be interested in..." doesn't appears in cart page on default

Hey, how can I add a panel "You may also be interested in..." with cross-sale items in the cart page, as you have it in your video? I have tried to follow this tutorial, but no items were showed ( http://hookr.io/plugins/woocommerce/2.3.7/filters/woocommerce_cross_sells_total/ ).

You will have to have some products specified as related to the ones in the cart. Do this under the individual product pages in WooCommerce under 'Linked Products'. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
