Paragraph and heading after picture not working

Why is my paragraph and header not showing up on the page? My code looks correct.

Did you save the file before you previewed it?

Yeah I just realized it's showing up but the font is white so you can't read it without highlighting it. Must be a CSS issue.

Check the following: <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400italic,700italic,400,700,800|Changa+One' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

You have single (') marks after each of your values. Replace href, rel, and text references with double quotes ("). This may help with your issue. Good luck!
