Paragraph does not resize in browser!

I have noticed that when resizing the browser the paragraph is not responsive on the about page. It simply adds a scroll bar at the bottom when the browser is resized. How can we make the paragraph text wrap downwards when the browser is resized rather than this scroll bar being created?
