this is what its supposed to look like Fariz

This is saying get all the nav a and when the mouse hovers over it turn the a to this color :#32673f

nav a:hover {
color:#32673f
}

You have a couple problems in your code

1st Its p not body

2nd its supposed to be color not background

heres what your code should look like

p {
color: #000000;
}
