Parcelable cannot be converted to EnergySource

I'm trying retrieve the parcelable extra and set it to my EnergySource variable and am receiving a compiler error. I've followed the instructions and am doing what is done in the videos and it is still not working.

Is this not working because EnergySource really doesn't conform to Parcelable? Not sure where I'm going wrong here...

What I ended up doing to make it work was casting the value returned from getParcelableExtra to EnergySource. See below -

 if (intent.getParcelableExtra("EXTRA_ENERGY") != null) {
           source = (EnergySource) intent.getParcelableExtra("EXTRA_ENERGY");
    }
