818 PointsPayment thru Debit Card unsuccessful.
I'm from the Philippines and tried the 7-Day Trial. I applied for the Basic subscription and after the trial expired, the payment info I provide using my Debit card (Mastercard) won't get through even though I submitted all items correctly. Any advise on this? Thank you all so much in advance!

2,663 PointsHave you ever paid with this credit card? Maybe you have limits on Internet transactions. I've had the same problem and I changed limits on my account and it works now.

2,663 PointsI changed it online on my account in "credit cards" tab. You can also call your bank.

4,731 PointsPlease also make sure your card is eligible for purchases in the United States, and not just "internationally accepted." You may want to call your bank about your limit, making purchases in the USA, and authorizing the payment verbally, as a small company like us may get flagged for fraud. I hope this helps!
