Pep8 trouble

I am pretty sure spacing is consitent yet I keep on getting some weird errors on line 11 and 12. They are "no new line at the end of the file" and "expected 1 blank line found 0". I have no ideea how to fix this.

def first_function(arg1):
    return 'arg1 is {}'.format(arg1)


def second_function(arg1):
    return 'arg1 is {}'.format(arg1)


class MyClass:
    args = [1, 2, 3]
    def class_func(self):
        return self.args

for this one "They are "no new line at the end of the file"

just add an extra line that has nothing on it on the end of your file

for the other error, make sure there is a blank line before every function def
