Personal profile

Hello My name is Alexander and I want to know in which course I can learn to create things like login/sign up (registration) or install an ability to create personal profiles for visitors of my web-site as we can see in facebook tell me please how can I add to my web-site elements which we can see in social networks. What languages should I use to create such a project?

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, SQL, creation relationship between enitity in a database, creation procedure in PL/SQL or T-SQL(MySQL is not enough). Generaly knowledge about ORM(Object-relational mapping). It's a lot of technology required to do e.g Facebook. If you are beginner you should read perfectly about HTML and CSS. Learn and learn :)
