PHP and MySQL stage 3

Stage 3 Using the WHERE clause. Gets to the end and when I check the shirts page I get back "The requested URL /shirts/shirts.php was not found on this server."

Tried all I can even downloading the project files and running them with no modification and still the same. Dont think its an issue with MAMP as everything else that ive got on there is served perfectly. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
