The challenge is asking if the $name is equal to 'Mike' not 'MIKE'. Also, its missing a semicolon after the echo. The following code works.

<?php
  $name = 'Mike';

  if($name == 'Mike')
  {
    echo "Hi, I am Mike!";
  }
?>
