PHP Course Different on iPad

Hey everyone,

Just a general question here. I take some of my coursework using my iPad when I'm on the go and other times on my desktop. I got hung up on PHP and go busy for a while and left it. I came back to figured I'd start from the begining. I started with my iPad last night and was happy to see a new teacher (with a new teaching style) Hampton Paulk.

But when I return to the full desktop website, it still has Randy Hoit as the instructor??? I even restarted the track and it still has Randy. Didnt particularly like Randy's way of teaching so I'm hoping this is a cookie issue or something... Any ideas?

Hi Charles,

I just checked and Randy is the main teacher throughout the PHP Development track here on Treehouse, Hampton also teaches PHP but in courses outside of this track and he does make a guest appearance in the trailer for the PHP Development track.

Switching between your desktop PC and your iPad shouldn't make any difference as the content isn't device specific thus the same teachers will appear in the videos.

The only reason I could see for this to be occurring is if you're watching an course outside of the PHP Development track.
