PHP Developer - HTML & CSS code download

Hi - can anyone advise how I download the HTML & CSS code that is used as part of the PHP Developer header/footer exercise. Its not clear to me where/how this can be done.

If you are on a page with a video (like this one: Starting the Project), you can scroll down the page to either the Teacher Notes section on the left or the Downloads section on the right. With this particular video, there's a "Project Files" link.
