PHP is not echoing $name in the code challenge. $name = "Mike", saying bummer can't find Mike in output

Code looks right, but I must be doing something wrong

Hey Frank,

The task wants you to use the same code block you used for $name:

<?php
$name = "Mike";
echo $name;
?>

You're missing a semi-colon after you echo the variable.

The problem is not the semicolon, as

<?php echo $name ?>

is valid code. The problem is that the challenge wants all of the code in one block or the last code block must be directly below the previous code block:

<?php
$name = "Mike";
?>
<?php echo $name ?>
