php.ini file is not opening in my terminal
this is the part to my php.ini file C:\WINDOWS but when i type and paste... sudo vi C:\WINDOWS/php.ini i have the error message bellow:
'sudo' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
what could possibly be the cause? why can't i make same changes just as in the video?

Because sudo is a linux command. And vi is a linux text editor as is nano. Just open that file in a text editor in Windows like notepad, notepad++, or Sublime 3. Happy coding!
