PHPMailer: Could not instantiate mail function.

Hi, I have a question about the PHPMailer, after I finished this require_once("inc/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php"); $mail = new PHPMailer(); And I hava changed several PHPMailer file, such as the teacher gives version, the latest 5.2 version, they all didn't work. So why?
